Refund Policy
How subscription refunds are handled for the digital planning service.

01Refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of a new paid subscription if the account has not materially used paid planning exports.
02Renewals
Renewals can be cancelled for the future. Partial refunds may be limited when digital access has already been used.
